Together with two psychologists from The Better Life Psychological Clinic in Singapore, Nichol Ng will share her own 34-year journey of battling an Eating Disorder from the age of 11 years old through puberty to parenthood.
The panel will talk about some lesser spoken about topics which includes the stigma of ED in Asian culture, aspects of helping a child with ED when the parent is a survivor, where to seek help in Asia, etc…It will be a gritty and real first hand account with plenty of good honest sharing. Attendees will also leave with some resources of places to seek help within Singapore and the region.
