When a news event becomes a national or international topic of conversation, it is important for families and business leaders to address it. By not discussing it, you may miss an opportunity to make progress towards real change within your family, your organization and the larger community.
Join the Parenting Community and the Peace Action Network to better understand how to talk about the timely and critical issues of race, racism and racial inequality. Take a deep dive into the realities of race and structural racism within a South African context with Bonang Mohale (YPO Pan Africa), Chancellor of the University of the Free State, Professor of Practice in the Johannesburg Business School (JBS) College of Business and Economics, Chairman of The Bidvest Group Limitedand Chairman of SBV.
This is meant to be a safe space for participants to learn about the issues, some of which may be problematic or cause discomfort.
