Creating Powerful Virtual Cultures

Lock downs have shown organizations that it is possible to function remotely, but how do you shift from keeping up to taking off. Learning from remote-first organizations we summarize how they scale, maintain company culture, and increase effectiveness. What can you do realistically to emulate them? We take the office for granted as a basis of company culture and management by filling it with rituals and ceremonies that we rely on subconsciously. With the next evolution of work being increasingly based on distributed teams (some working from home, some in an office/factor, some in different countries and time zones) how do we increase engagement and unlock greater team effectiveness to get the strategic gains remote working has to offer?
Attendees will learn how to rethink their company culture and behaviors to prepare for a distributed workforce future. How do they prepare their teams and how they enable their managers/team leaders to support this transformation into a new way of working. How do you create the virtual culture where you get the best from people when there is no office? What changes? What goes away What gets added?
