YPO UK Regional Virtual Event: Leadership at Times of Crisis
32m
The first mistake in a crisis is underestimating the possible extent of change, the second is not changing your organization accordingly. Christos Tsolkas wrote about managing in a time of crisis five years ago on HBR, after finishing two stints as a managing director in two regions that almost immediately devolved into chaos. The first was Greece just as austerity measures plunged the country into economic devastation and social revolt. The second was Ukraine on the eve of a period of mass protests, sniper fire, and a Russian backed invasion. Christos recently published his book under the title The Gift of Crisis How Leaders Use Purpose to Renew their Lives, Change their Organizations and Save the World which sounds more relevant than never. Listen-in as the YPO UK Regional Chapter welcomes Christos Tsolkas to this informative virtual event. About Christos Christos Tsolkas is an Independent Business Advisor, Entrepreneur and Author.
