In our second session together with Breaking the Mold (BTM), we will continue to explore the current challenges and opportunities facing white male leaders in equity & inclusion work.

We will meet two executives familiar with BTM’s work who will share about the return on investment of white men doing deep equity work in their companies. One guest will be, John Marshall, a white male alumni of BTM’s program. He is the CEO of the Potential Energy Coalition, and former chief strategy officer at the creative consultancy Lippincott. John will speak to the impact of the experience on his life and leadership. Another guest will be Janese Murray, a Black female DEI coach and consultant, and former VP of DEI at Exelon Energy, a fortune 200 company. She will share about the importance of white male executives doing sustained introspective work, with each other, while leading for equity.

Through reflections and guided discussions, participants will leave with:
