Creating Employee Buy-In Session 2: The Flexibility Conundrum
42m
With the “Great Resignation” and shift towards employees calling the shots, decisions about where work gets done and when it gets done have evolved. The need to find purpose and meaning at work has become exponentially more important while employees have more options and power than ever before.
So how do you as a leader shape your organization to overcome this challenge?
Join Event Champion Dave Garrison (YPO Park City) for the second installment in our series of highly interactive sessions. We’ll explore the three components found in organizations that attract, engage and retain the best talent: a compelling vision that creates engagement, leadership that empowers people and collaboration across the organization.
In this session, we’ll explore the contentious issue of where, why and how work gets done. What does the latest research say about what talent is looking for? What are the options for providing flexibility to employees while still maintaining an environment of in-person collaboration? In small groups, we will discuss how to balance delegating authority to team members, so they are empowered while you remain in control. This event will incorporate one Key Associate and one Member.
NOTE: Each registrant will receive a pre-read and pre-survey and should be prepared to share their insights during the sessions.
