Whether it is our customers, our employees or even our children, the demand to integrate social impact with our businesses is greater than ever. We are bringing you the stories of YPO’ers that are marrying profit with purpose to help you succeed on your leadership journey.
In this episode of the YPO Impact Podcast, brought to you by the Personal Investing Network, Eva Yazhari and Ed Stevens speak with Shadi Bakour, the founder and CEO of PathWater, a company that manufactures reusable, refillable water bottles, with the mission of ending single use plastic in the industry. Shadi previously founded Exumme, a technology hardware company, and has held positions at Booz Allen and The Abraaj Group. "What we're doing is much bigger than Pathwater. There is a movement against single-use plastic, and we are really proud of leading that movement within our space," says Shadi. "We need to build the infrastructure on a global scale to create access to clean water in places where it's not as accessible."
