He helps individuals and teams adopt research-based practices for living, working, and communicating peacefully and powerfully. In this experiential workshop, members will be introduced to the power of breath, mindfulness, and how to use these practices to manage their emotions. The session will begin with a brief introduction to the neuroscience of emotions and how our nervous systems are hardwired for survival or growth. We will then move into a practice of mindful breathing and discuss how to use this practice in our everyday lives.
