In the third episode of ConnectED series, we spoke with Kristi Miller, Managing Partner of Krystal Growth Partners and a member of the YPO Gold British Columbia chapter. Under her leadership, First West Capital grew from a start-up to a national capital firm that funded more than $250 million to 100+ businesses. Kristi has been recognized by EY as the Pacific Region’s 2019 Entrepreneur of the Year in the category of Business Disrupter for this work. She has also won the BC Business Most Influential Women in Finance award in 2019 and was a Metro Vancouver YWCA Women of Distinction Nominee in 2019 and 2015. Additionally, she received the Canadian Venture Capital Association Ted Anderson Award for Community Leadership in 2017. Kristi sat down with the YPO team to discuss the importance of innovation.
