The Intergenerational Connection Series aims to create a platform where individuals from different generations and positions can come together, share their perspectives, and work towards a shared future. Whether it's within families, family businesses, companies, or society as a whole, this series provides a safe and open space for honest and meaningful conversations. We explore personal questions, address misunderstandings, and strive to bridge the gap in understanding. Through these discussions, we uncover the values, ideas, lifestyles, histories, and cultures that shape our diverse perspectives. Tools and techniques to facilitate ongoing dialogue beyond these YPO/YNG events are provided. These events shall spark curiosity and inspire to further interact in a meaningful way.
It is highly encouraged for participants to attend all three events, as they are designed to build upon each other. The richness of the series lies in the active participation of individuals from different generations - so we encourage you to bring your other generation (parent/child) to the event.
