In this Planet Mavericks session, our Planet Maverick - David Wu takes us on an exploration of hydrogen, and more specifically, the Hydrogen Grand Prix (H2GP), a non-profit foundation that runs one of the fastest-growing educational competitions in the world. The H2GP challenges thousands of high school students from around the world to design, develop and race hydrogen-powered RC cars with speeds up to 100kmph in a 6 hour Le Mans style endurance race. The competition comes to an annual conclusion at the World Finals, this year held in Los Angeles in conjunction with RE+, the largest renewable conference in North America.
