1h 1m
Join Stephen Hecht, co-author of Nonflict: The Art of Everyday Peacemaking, as he takes attendees on a journey to peace. The overall objective is to come away from the holidays with a closer family, however we chose to define it, that deals with old and more recent conflicts, big and small, in a constructive rather than destructive way.
Stephen has much real-life experience with family conflict, coming from a family business background, and much personal conflict that preceded his more personally rewarding occupation as Chief Executive Peacemaker at Million Peacemakers and chair of the YPO Peace Action Network.
Members will be invited to:
Share feelings about conflict
Discover how constructive conflict can be a good thing
Experience the power of active listening
Understand why we deal with conflict as we do currently
Learn the Nonflict way for important issues and relationships we care about.
