Managing mental health can often feel like a job, and sometimes, you might not even realize it needed managing until it’s too late. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Join us for this virtual program co-hosted by the Health and Wellness Network to address mental health concerns and tips to manage it. Mental health is an essential component of our overall lives. While stress is part of everyday living and can be helpful to us in many ways, it can also be too much of a good thing. Although rates of mental health symptoms and disorders, such as tension, sleep problems, anxiety, and depression, have increased over time, they are also very treatable conditions. Multiple pathways exist on our journey to manage your mental health. This is the last virtual program for this learning year with Mayo Clinic.
Key takeaways for this event include:
Identifying common symptoms of distress.
Access to mental health treatment resources.
Understanding factors that can improve your resiliency.
Your journey toward mental wellness starts here. Register today.
