Leadership

02-Jun-2026
Driven by a dream to create world-class Malbecs, Francisco purchased 25,000 acres of desert land in northern Argentina and set out to build a vineyard against daunting odds. When devastating floods repeatedly destroyed his work, he refused to give up rebuilding the vineyard three times with the support of local communities and partners. His persistence ultimately transformed adversity into success: today, his wines earn international acclaim and are exported around the world. Along the journey, the encouragement and guidance of his YPO community helped turn an ambitious vision into a thriving reality.
