Three quarters of employees today say they will leave their current employer if they lose the flexibility of remote work. As leaders, how are we to meet these expectations, get work done and remain competitive in the fight for talent?
Join Event Champion Dave Garrison (YPO Park City) for this first instalment in our series of highly interactive sessions. We’ll explore the three components found in organizations that attract, engage and retain the best talent: a compelling vision that creates engagement, leadership that empowers people and collaboration across the organization.
In this session, we’ll review the latest research on the importance of purpose and meaning of work to today’s workers. We’ll share best practices in small groups on how to use purpose as a recruiting and retention tool in both the physical and virtual workplace. We also review how leaders create - and can easily destroy - a high-trust environment that produces results!
NOTE: Each registrant will receive a pre-read and pre-survey and should be prepared to share their insights during the sessions.
