16-Mar-2026
Join the Peace Action Network for a timely and deeply human conversation about leadership, resilience, and the realities of operating in regions affected by conflict.
Moderated by Christoph von Toggenburg (YPO North Star Integrated), this dialogue will bring together YPO members living and leading in the Middle East to share personal perspectives from the ground.
Given the current situation in the region, this session will focus on the lived experience of leadership during uncertainty, exploring:
• How leaders continue to run and sustain their businesses amid instability
• How they are protecting their families while navigating an unpredictable environment
• What resilience looks like in real time
• Why peace is not just an ideal, but an operational necessity in conflict zones
• How YPO leaders are coping — both emotionally and strategically
This will not be a geopolitical debate.
Instead, it will be a human conversation.
Behind every headline are families, teams, employees, and communities. This session creates space for YPO leaders to listen, reflect, and better understand the realities faced by peers in the region. Perhaps now more than ever, peace is not simply a philosophical aspiration — it is essential infrastructure for survival.
