In this episode, we talk to Emili Lois! Emili Lois is a first-year civil engineering undergraduate, and connected to YPO through her father, Michael Lois (YPO Cyprus). She wanted to apprentice at a construction site and not as an intern, where she would be desk-bound. She ended up being connected to me through the YNG+ (YPO Next Generation Plus) program and quickly sent in her profile to be set up as an apprentice. Through the program, we placed her in Poland, where she now works on the construction of a 202-meter skyscraper, an opportunity unparalleled to most first-year university students.
