Learn How to Think in New Ways About Succession
Planning for the transition of one generation to the next in a family business is one of the most difficult challenges family business owners and executives will face. This year, YPO's Global Family Business Network launched GO BOLD, a succession planning journey, in partnership with Cambridge Family Enterprise Group. During this four-month experience, eight family business members met regularly to discuss succession, study best practices and support each other as they problem-solved their own succession challenges.
While the program journey has ended, their succession journeys have just begun. During this webinar, Andrew Hier, faculty facilitator for the GO BOLD program, will share observations about the learning experience of the program as well as explore some key frameworks, principles and practices about succession. He will moderate a discussion among program participants who will describe their experience on this succession journey and how you can apply their key learnings to your own unique situation.
Explore participants' firsthand experiences on their succession journeys through this program.
Gain insights into how participants learned to approach succession planning and how they acted on their succession plans with the guidance of this program.
Learn conceptual models to help you think in new ways about succession for your family enterprise.
